There will be no sale of school uniform during the June school holiday, and it will be resumed on 03/07/2013.
2013 GREEN WAVE CELEBRATIONS: TREE PLANTING ON 22 MAY 2013

On 22 May 2013, our school will be planting the Sea Teak Tree to celebrate Green Wave 2013, a global campaign to educate youth about nature and biodiversity.
This year, the event takes on a special meaning as 2013 marks 50 years of greening Singapore.
National Parks Board (NParks) has lined up many exciting activities suitable for everyone, such as ‘Playsets of Yesteryears’ and ‘1963 Commemorative Tree Planting’.

Do the Mozzie Wipeout

The National Environment Agency (NEA) launched the “Do the Mozzie Wipeout” on 28 April 2013. This campaign calls on everyone in the community to do their part to prevent dengue.
With numbers of dengue cases hitting the 400 mark in the last few weeks, the NEA forecasts that the situation could get worse as the typical dengue peak season approaches.

QTSS Performing Arts achievement at SYF Arts Presentation 2013

For the first time, all of our School Performing Art CCAs have received Certificate of Accomplishment at the SYF Arts Presentation 2013.
Congratulation to all the Performing Art members, Teachers-in-charge and Instructors for the hard work and effort put in.
Below is the 5 Performing Art CCAs which made our school proud:

Wushu Girls’ Team claims 6th position in 9th national inter-school wushu championship 2013

7 students have represented our school in the competition. They had tried their best and show their excellent performance to all the competitors.
Our Wushu captain KANG QUIEN HWEE NATASHA (4A) has achieved two 3rd positions in two events, which are Broadsword and 1st Intl Spear, and one 4th position, which is Changquan, bringing glory to our school. In addition, GOH SZE GNIN (4C) achieved two 4th positions in Nan Dao and Nan Gun.
Overall, our girls’ team secured the 6th position out of 19 schools in B Girls Division.

Quest Football team won 3rd prize in South Zone B Division Football competition

Our football boys have managed to clinch 3rd place during last Friday’s match held at Serangoon Stadium. They will be attending Top 4 South Zone prize presentation at Serangoon Stadium on Monday 8th April.

C Division emerged 2nd in FAA Football Carnival 2013

Our C division Football Boys had done QuestFootball Proud by coming in 2nd in the recent Fandi Ahmad Academy FOOTBALL CARNIVAL held at ITE AMK Campus on 20 March 2013.
Due to the prestigious fame surrounding this event, there were 32 participating teams in our category.
On route to the finals, these boys battled brilliantly against top teams. We narrowly lost to the champions in virtue of a goal conceded in the final minutes.
Nevertheless, through their own effort and resilience, they managed to claim 2nd!
SP Accounting Challenge 2013 Champion

Congratulations to our POA teams from 4D and 4E.
Our Sec 4E students emerged champions for the Singapore Polytechnic (SP) Accounting Challenge held on Wednesday, 20 March 2013. The group of 5 students defeated participants from more than 30 schools.
Our team from 4D also received merit award (top 5). We are the only school with both teams in the top 5.
